President Paul BIYA received the Vice-President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, His Excellency Teodoro NGUEMA OBIANG MANGUE, on 19 November 2025.

The Equatoguinean guest arrived in Yaounde a day earlier for a working and friendly visit. He was bearer of a congratulatory message from President Teodoro OBIANG NGUEMA MBASOGO following his Cameroonian counterpart’s re-election in the October 12 presidential election.

President Paul BIYA and Vice-President Teodoro NGUEMA OBIANG MANGUE exchanged lengthily on a wide range of issues to reinforce the excellent and friendly cooperation ties that exist between both countries.

Speaking to reporters, the Equatoguinean Vice-President acknowledged the legendary hospitality of the Cameroonian people. H.E. Teodoro NGUEMA OBIANG MANGUE encouraged Cameroonian entrepreneurs to explore investment opportunities in his country.
