The Head of State His Excellency Paul BIYA has sent a message of congratulations to the President of Equatorial Guinea, His Excellency Teodoro OBIANG NGUEMA MBASOGO, on the occasion of their national day on 12 0ctober 2015.
The Head of State also extends wishes for peace and progress of the Equato-Guinean nation and hopes that the determination of the two leaders to consolidate and intensify cooperation ties will go a long way to enhance the interests of the two peoples and the entire sub-region.
