The Head of State sends message of congratulations to President Idriss DEBY ITNO on the occasion of the Chadian National Day on 11 August 2016

President Paul BIYA writes that it is with immense pleasure, that he sends warm congratulations on the eve of the celebration by the Republic of Chad of their National Day on 11 August 2016.

The President also wishes peace and happiness to the Chadian Nation.

This solemn occasion is also the moment to be happy of the excellent friendly and cooperation ties that exist between the two countries and to reaffirm their common determination to eradicate terrorism in our sub-region.
