Ramon Maria Moreno Gonzalez and H.E. Tsutomu Osawa presented their credentials to the Head of State on 14 December 2018 in a colourful ceremony organised at the Unity Palace.

The Ambassador of the Federative Republic of Brazil – Her Excellency Vivian Loss Sanmartin opened the solemn diplomatic ceremony. She was followed by H.E. Khare Diouf of the Republic of Senegal.
