Members of the Circle of Friends of Cameroon – CERAC – have mapped out strategies to amend their assistance to vulnerable persons in 2017. This was during a festive conclave chaired by the Founding President of CERAC, First Lady Chantal BIYA, on Friday 16 December 2016, in Yaounde.

The First Lady Madam Chantal BIYA has expressed her thanks to the President of the Republic His Excellency Paul BIYA, on behalf of all the women and children of Cameroon, for the beautiful Hospital Centre for Endoscopic Surgery and Human Reproductive Research and Application. Madam Chantal was speaking at the hospital complex in Ngousso during the official inauguration ceremony which she presided on Friday 6 May 2016.
